derbylove was started right out of our love of derby. We are derby born and raised. As this sport grows there will be a lot of merchandisers out to make a few bucks on the rise of derby, without having the slightest interest in the development and real grouth of the sport. Thats not derbylove.

PUNKROCK PHIL

I stated that we are derby born and raised, and we are. This company is run by Punkrock Phil, Chip Queso, and Friction VixXxen. With a combinded derby life of nearly 15 years. Punkrock Phil, whose wife is Dagger Deb, was involved from nearly the beginning. Dagger Deb having been a member of the Bad Girls Good Women Organization just prior to the split. From the ashes the Texas Rollergirls was formed, and at that point they needed a logo. Punkrock Phil and Dagger Deb worked together to come up with the Fighting Skater girl. One part Charlies Angels, one part The Fighting Irish, one part Mudflap girl. From that point on Punkrock Phil has designed a number of posters, flyers, buttons, stickers, and T-shirts for the league. He was also instrumental in the development of the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers 3 season undefeated run, and is currently Coaching the Hotrod Honeys as well as the Texecutioners, the Texas Rollergirls Travelling team.

CHIP QUESO

The Original Crowd wrangler, The Voice, The Cheese. Chip Queso was brought in to the Texas Rollergirls nearly from the beginning having gone to the first announcer tryouts. Chip Queso has announced at a multitude of leagues accross the country, and has seen the development first hand from a spectators veiwpoint, and can attest to its longevity. Chip brings any crowds excitement for derby to a new level feeding off of his own incredible energy and exuberance for roller derby.

FRICTION VIXXXEN

Friction VixXxen hails from the great state of Colorado, where she was intrumental in the development and operations of the Denver Rollerdolls. Still skating her heart out with the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers, she brings the skater level perspective to the business. A great head for derby and for business it was only right that she would be involved in the derbylove experience.

We at derbylove strive to bring new and innovative apparel and accessories to the rollerderby market place. We look forward to serving you and to developing not only the sport but the fashion of Roller Derby.
